This Condrieu is not a classic of its kind, less opulent and more mineral, it is a little worked in the spirit of the white wines of Burgundy, much more tense than the usual Condrieu. It is also linked to the plot selection that has made it possible to elaborate this white wine which is abrupt and particularly arid.

It is perhaps this originality that has earned this pretty vintage to be one of the COUP DE COEUR of the 2020 wine hatchet guide.


We appreciate it very much, but we advise you to taste it during the meal, with a pan-fried foie gras for example or to accompany a salmon en papillote or grilled fish.
